    The departments deals with all the administration activities of the institution

  2. Registry Department

    Registry Services is the central focus within the colledge for the administrative processes relating to current students.

  3. Library Department

    The main library is located on the 4th floor of Paramount building. The institution has other two libraries in its branches i.e. City Square and Mombasa campuses and a resource center at Moi Avenue Campus. The aim of our Library is to support learning, teaching and research interests of the students and staff by dissemination of the most relevant and up-to-date information (materials).

  4. Finance Department

    The Finance Department aims to provide high quality management information to support decision making and a and control framework to support all the college's financial activities

  5. Student affairs Department

    The student affairs department is committed to inspire and support students to engage in a transformative college experience that enhances their understanding of self and their adaptability to society and the world. It is categorized into four groups.

  • Job placement services
  • Soft Skills Training – this is a soft skills training program for all students aimed at providing them with all-round skills to help them in their professional and social lives.

    It comprises of:
  • Recreational Centre,
  • Clubs and Societies,
  • Extracurricular activities and Events,
  • Cultural Day,
  • Academic sponsorship and
  • College events.
  1. Corporate Social Responsibility

    As part of our social responsibility we take part in events such as visiting the home for the aged, spending time helping the senior citizens and beautifying our environment. We also visit children's home from time to time to share and play with the young ones.
  1. Alumni

    The student affairs department is also in charge of coordinating the Institution’s Alumni association. 
  1. Marketing Department

    The marketing department is responsible for creating new ideas in the company, focusing on customer's needs and monitoring competition in the market. It is its duty to communicate internally, set the strategic plan and execute it. Marketing department communicates the value of our product or service our clients, for the purpose of selling that product or service.
